Sea Life Cuddle Panel

You've never seen a fabric panel like this! This Digital Cuddle Sea Life Panel features prints that are designed to be cut out for one whale plushie (print front and back) and one circular play mat! The playmat print includes the same whale design, but adds several more underwater friends that your little one will absolutely adore. There is 1 playmat and 1 soft plush whale stuffie in each panel along with the instructions for both.  The backing (1-1/4 yards) for the play mat is not included in the panel.
