Starburst Quilt Pattern

This pattern designed by Dereck C. Lockwood makes a 101" square shaped quilt with a large snowflake / star design. Paired with the right colors, the effect is absolutely breathtaking. While this pattern might look daunting to make, the diamond blocks are actually just a diamond shaped log cabin block. Level is classed as intermediate as a lot of Y seams are required as well as and mitered corners of the borders. Fear not however, Dereck C. Lockwood provides easy explanations that will have you mastering these techniques.
